I operate at the intersection of strategy and soul.

For over two decades, I’ve worked inside complex systems, guiding product strategy, digital transformation, and executive teams through high-stakes decisions. I understand power structures. I understand organizational dynamics. I understand what it takes to build something that lasts.

But I also understand the inner office. The private space where fear, adaptation, ambition, and identity quietly shape how you lead.

Most leadership development focuses on what you do. I focus on who you’ve had to become to do it.

After a decade of coaching executives, I’ve learned this: the patterns that make you successful are often the same patterns that disconnect you from yourself.

My work helps leaders trace the origins of those patterns and repattern from alignment rather than survival.

I integrate executive strategy with spiritual intelligence and nervous system awareness because transformation doesn’t happen in your head alone. It happens in your body, your beliefs, and your behavior.

I am a Principal Product Strategist, certified executive and spiritual coach, and practitioner of imprint and inner child integration.

I don’t coach you to perform better.

I coach you to lead from alignment.

Because leadership that costs you yourself is not leadership.
