Product Strategy & AI

Find the North Star.
Organize the work around it.
A clear North Star. Shared priorities. People and technology organized to move together.
For organizations building what comes next
Clear direction.
Empowered teams.
Products with purpose.
I’m a people-first product leader who turns complex ambitions into clear strategic direction and builds the capability teams need to deliver.
Across established products and greenfield initiatives, I connect customer needs, organizational priorities, and technology to a North Star people can act on. My work spans discovery through implementation.
I analyze discovery and validation evidence to assess whether a concept is ready for build, where uncertainty remains, and whether further learning is needed before committing resources.
Product leadership in practice
Direction.
Judgment.
Capability.
More than 20 years in product strategy and organizational transformation. I established a Product Strategy Center of Excellence and served as Product Competency Leader within the product practice.
Product direction
Define the opportunity, establish the North Star, and align senior leaders around what to build, why, and when.
People & capability
Develop high-performing teams, empower emerging strategists, and strengthen product competency through teaching, shared practices, and annual assessments of growth opportunities.
Evidence-led investment
Evaluate evidence of customer value, usability, technical feasibility, and business viability. Surface gaps and guide build decisions to reduce the risk of spending on an unproven concept.
Strategic execution
Translate direction into shared priorities and a workable path from discovery through implementation, keeping people and technology aligned as the work evolves.
AI in my product practice
AI accelerates what we can build.
Strategy determines what is worth building.
I bring advanced working fluency in Claude and OpenAI to synthesis, prototyping, and workflow design. I use that fluency to help teams explore possibilities, make sense of evidence, and assess readiness for investment, with deliberate attention to human judgment and oversight.
What informs my practice
Empowered teams. Continuous discovery. Trust and accountability. My reading includes Marty Cagan and the Silicon Valley Product Group, Patrick Lencioni, and Teresa Torres. I bring those perspectives into a people-first, evidence-led approach to product leadership.
